“Gone Fishin'”

“Gone Fishin'” was a truly unique exhibit experience featuring art by Andrea May, Melanie Douthit and others…and treasured catch by area fishermen…as well as a real Braggin’ Corner to show off fish tales!! It was a tribute to the 25th anniversary of the Franklin Parish Catfish Festival, the largest one-day festival in Louisiana, held in historic downtown Winnsboro. This was the first year for the Old Post Office Museum to be open during the festival, so it was a significant event in many ways.
