Old Post Office Museum presents “Through Their Eyes” Opening reception Thursday, January 30, 2014, 5 – 7 p.m. Sponsored by Franklin Parish Catfish Festival and featuring the nature and scenic photography of Charlie Heck and Burg Ransom, both of Monroe. This is a first-time collaboration, and promises an unforgettable visual treat – times two! Exhibit continues through Friday, March 7
