T’was A Louisiana Night Before Christmas

With so many versions of the 1823 “Night Before Christmas” poem in circulation, collectors across the country have sought out the most unique editions of the beloved holiday tale. Thibodaux resident Murray Dennis shares her personal collection of over 350 such versions with the Old Post Office Museum. They will be displayed among the splendor of the Christmas season that the museum does so well, with a focus this year on Louisiana history to commemorate the state’s bicentennial.
